Attorney Miller is an associate on the insurance defense team at Harding Gurley PC. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Miller represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation. She has over 30 years of experience in insurance law, and believes she brings an objective view to the table having represented clients on both sides of the table. Attorney Miller has tried cases in all Massachusetts Trial Courts, as well as Appeals. She has extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration. Attorney Miller also represents clients seeking to obtain Social Security Disability, and has appeared before many federal Administrative Law Judges.
