Attorney Kiesling has been working with insurance companies for over 20 years defending their insureds throughout the courts of the Commonwealth. He has considerable trial experience and has successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Attorney Kiesling specializes in defending clients in matters arising from premise liability, construction disputes, professional liability, motor vehicle collisions and catastrophic loss. He enjoys working with insureds to explain the litigation process and answer any concerns that may arise along the way.

Prior to joining Harding Gurley LLP, Attorney Kiesling worked at boutique insurance defense firms in Boston and Metrowest and at his own practice advising business clients regarding claim management and loss prevention.
